Appendix 55 - Kitnors of Selworthy
16th to 18th century
1. On 13th December 1576, Sidwell, daughter of John Kitner, and on 14th July 1578 John, son of John Kitnor, were buried at Selworthy.

2. On 17th March 1582/83 John Kitner, clothier, of Tivington, Selworthy, signed a parish agreement as a church warden; Edward Kitner, "the sonne of the said John Kitner", was a partner to the agreement. Again, on 25th March 1590 John Kitner alias Chebett was a partner to an agreement on behalf of the parish.
